Summary: Comfortable and clean 2 bedroom with a den condo. The pool was very clean and felt great after a day of moving. I hope to use it again when I'm in the area to visit our kids.

Summary: The condo that we stayed at was very nice. The place was spotless. Great amenities. The pool in the Jacuzzi were wonderful. We had a slight problem with the air-conditioner I called Bon and within 15 to 20 minutes I had a repairman calling me and he showed up and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this place. Bon, thank you very much I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Extremely nice Condo. Very clean, new and quite area. Owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend this Condo. 15 minutes to everything and very reasonable in price!

Summary: Enjoyed stay at this property very much. Close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to beaches but traffic could be somewhat of a delay, but dont be deterred. Close to Sannibel Island and Cape Coral. Condo has ample space and everything is in working order. Lanai is nice but doesnt get a lot of sun. Workout room was very good and very easy to take a morning walk on property. Most of people on site are at least 55 with most above that. I would definitely rent this condo again.
